slidesto.com – Inter-paragraph spacing is the space between one paragraph and another. You can provide space between paragraphs, either the previous paragraph or the next paragraph. Here’s how to adjust the spacing between paragraphs.
1. Select the paragraph whose spacing you want to adjust
2. Select the HOME tab then click the Paragraph dialog button in the Paragraph group
3. In the Paragraph dialog box that appears, set:
- Before – to provide a distance between the paragraph and the previous paragraph
- After – to provide space between the paragraph and the paragraph after it
4. For example, you give a value of 10 to the Before box and click OK and see the results in the image below.
